Meet the Staff
Luis Cintron is our General Manager and has been in the service industry for 15 years, and with Action Car Rental since January 2003. Having begun his career at Action as a service agent who cleaned and detailed vehicles and transported vehicles to a variety of locations, Luis quickly became the office manager before becoming the General Manager.
As General Manager some of his responsibilities are to assure our counter and service agents provide the best customer service possible.
Responding to customer’s possible issues, hiring, and interviewing are some of Luis’ other responsibilities.
His movement through the company has made him highly knowledgeable about the inner workings of Action and the car rental industry in general. His main priority – as all those at Action – is having terrific customer service. Luis prides himself on his ability to offer his customers high quality service that they’ll remember forever.
Damion Wilson is our Senior counter agent at Downtown Broadway and Murray Hill locations and has been working with Action since March 2014 as a counter agent. In total, he has more than 15 years of experience in customer service, which makes him a valuable asset to the customer-based atmosphere of Action Car Rental. Damion’s experience allows him to assist his customers, welcome them into the community, and to show them that they are valued at Action.
Damion holds strong in the belief that communication is key, and that no matter what, the customer always comes first. Because he truly values and respects his customers, he is always looking for feedback and comments in how he can continue to improve his relationship with clients. Yacine is our After Hours Customer Support Agent and has a bachelor degree in English literature and an associate degree from Borough of Manhattan Community College. After leaving Africa to live in France, Yacine eventually moved to New York to raise her family. Growing up in a large family with 5 siblings, Yacine has nurtured high quality customer service abilities, including patience, the desire to do whatever possible to make a customer happy, and the ability to listen with care. She believes in maintaining a positive attitude that helps her put huge smiles on her customer’s faces. She has been working for Action Car Rental for 6 years and is proud to call them her family.
Her love of luxury cars sparked her desire to work for Action. She now holds the position of After Hours customer service representative, in which she handles and solves customer complaints. Yacine is known for her dedication and friendly attitude at work.
Harry Hollander has worked for Action Car Rental since 1997, and is now the president. He graduated from Queens College with a B.A. and from New York Polytechnic Institute with a M.S in computer science. After College, he worked as a computer engineer at American Can Co. and Sperry Rand, before moving on to become a manager at a wholesale automotive parts distribution business.
His managerial experience sparked his love of customer service and of the automotive industry, which has made him the perfect fit to be president for these past 18 years. Since becoming president, Harry has helped to expand Action from its single original location in lower Manhattan to what it is now – 4 offices, loyally serving thousands of customers each year. He is proud to say that his staff are dedicated and motivated people, who show care and respect to their loyal customer following.

About LaGuardia Airport Location
Fourteen years after we opened our Broadway location, Action decided to further expand our company in order to cater to the ever-increasing customer base. We opened up locations in the two major airports of New York City. Our first airport location was opened at LaGuardia Airport – the hub for both Delta Airlines and American Airlines supporting tourist, business flyers, and domestic flights. This is a prime location, with home of the New York Mets CitiField directly across from us.
Nearby is the National Tennis Center where the US Open is played, and Queen’s Museum. Our shop is inside the Holiday Inn, which allows us to offer our customers a free shuttle service between the hotel and airport. This location provides 24-hour returns via an overnight key drop box. Customers who are staying at the Holiday Inn receive a special discount on our car rentals.

114th Street is the service road of the eastbound Grand Central Parkway. From Northern Boulevard, turn onto 114th Street. The Holiday Inn is only 2 blocks down.
